Microcontrollers (MCUs). Arduino, Adafruit, ESP32, Teensy. These are powerful, low cost tiny computers that connect to all sorts of different sensors and devices. They run languages ranging from C to Python. We use these every day here at Positive Fields, to control and communicate with lights, motors, sensors and each other.
